Hi, I’m Aj, a Certified Integrative Health and Lifestyle Coach as well as a Somatic Healer specializing in Holistic Health and Wellness. I work closely with clients using a variety of approaches including nutrition, guided meditations, somatic healing techniques, yoga therapy, and strategic life coaching to help you regain balance and get your life back on track in a sustainable way.
About me: In a previous chapter of my life, I worked in the fast-paced TV and film industry in New York City. The demanding long hours coupled with quick, convenient food choices eventually took a serious toll on my mind, body, and heart. I was struggling with chronic migraines, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and a range of other persistent symptoms that affected my overall well-being. Realizing it was time to regain control, I made a conscious decision to embrace a healthier lifestyle and focus on holistic healing.
My wellness journey began with formal education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned how dietary changes could profoundly impact my health. Through this knowledge, I managed to significantly reduce my lifelong migraines and have remained fully committed to these transformative changes ever since.
Holistic life coaching is the practice of guiding and supporting clients to achieve their goals by focusing on the whole person’s approach to health. This includes personal development, nutritional health, and lifestyle changes tailored to their unique needs.
